I work with people in mid-life who feel stuck in their lives one way or another-or who just want MORE. For example:
Good News! You CAN take positive steps to live a happier, more fulfilling life and experience more joy, energy, optimism and meaning.
Through the coaching process, you will:
As your coach, I will be your biggest cheerleader. Not the “rah, rah” sort who always tells you what you want to hear and never encourages you to step outside your comfort zone. Instead, I’ll help you identify and use your talents, values and strengths to accomplish your goals. I’ll help you create strategies and encourage you to take risks. And I’ll be there to celebrate your wins—and make sure you do, too!—as you move toward your goals.
We’ll start with an initial consultation meeting, so that we can get to know each other and get a feel for whether we would make a good team. In our first meeting, we’ll talk about what’s working and what's not working for you and get clear on your objectives.
You can contact me at or call 336-849-4045. I would love to talk with you about the coaching process and help you determine if there is value in it for you at this time in your life. There’s no fee and no obligation for this call.
